Website terms

This website presents robot rentals and entertainment services offered under the Robot Show UAE name in Dubai, UAE. Contact info@robotshowuae.com or +971 50 469 4890 on WhatsApp for enquiries.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not confirm availability or create a booking. Services, robot numbers, duration, venue requirements, pricing, travel, payment, and cancellation arrangements must be agreed in a written quote or booking agreement. Event-specific terms take precedence over general website descriptions, subject to mandatory law.

Custom performances

Custom choreography and synchronized routines require advance planning and confirmation of technical feasibility. Share your music, timing, stage dimensions, and event requirements before booking. No particular routine or robot capability is guaranteed solely by a website image or video.

Event safety and permissions

Performance space, crowd management, access, power, and venue permissions must be agreed during planning. Follow the operator's instructions and do not touch, obstruct, or attempt to operate a robot without permission. You are responsible for securing permissions for music, branding, or other materials you provide where required.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and refund conditions will be stated in the written booking agreement. This website does not take payments or impose a separate cancellation charge. Contact us promptly about any change to an event. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Website content

Media illustrates event settings and performances; it does not promise that every feature is available for every booking. Do not copy or reuse website media commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. If you appear in media and have a privacy or rights concern, contact us with the page and image details.

External services

The enquiry button opens your email application. WhatsApp links open an external service. You control whether to send a message. Their availability and operation are subject to the relevant provider's terms.

Responsible use and applicable law

Do not misuse this website, submit unlawful material, or interfere with its operation. These website terms are subject to applicable UAE law, without excluding any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you. Questions and complaints can be sent to info@robotshowuae.com.
